• The main service is helping buyers find equipment and keeping follow-up organized
• Sellers can submit equipment, but submission does not promise a sale
• The service may change over time

Eastvoy does not guarantee that every request will result in a completed transaction.

• Availability, condition, and pricing of used equipment vary
• Any price guidance is only guidance, not a formal appraisal
• Buyers remain responsible for the final purchase decision

Buyers must provide accurate request details.

• Provide truthful information on item needs, budget, location, and timeline
• Review suggestions and transaction documents independently
• Confirm fit, condition, and any required inspections before purchase

Sellers must provide accurate listing information.

• Provide truthful details on title, condition, location, and pricing
• Only submit equipment you have the right to offer
• Keep listing details updated if availability changes

Fees may apply before work starts unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Eastvoy may charge a buyer request fee before work starts
• Extra deal help may be offered as an optional additional fee
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once work has begun

Do not misuse Eastvoy.

• No fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or deceptive submissions
• No interference with platform operations or unauthorized access attempts
• No submission of data you are not authorized to provide

Service features may evolve over time.

Eastvoy may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service without liability for feature continuity.

Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastvoy disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Eastvoy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse.

Eastvoy may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if activity creates operational, legal, or security risk.
